You can send your orders back to us within 14 days. You are free to choose the package service provider for the return, as you will have to bear the costs of the return.
When you return your products to us, please note the following:
- You should obtain proof of shipment and keep it until you have received a refund or a replacement.
- The returned products will be processed within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays and Sundays) upon receipt.
- You must pack the goods with reasonable care so that the products are not damaged in transit.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We can only accept products back to us if they have been unused and are still sealed for hygiene purposes. Please pack the returned products well so that they are not damaged when they are returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
As soon as we have received your return properly and within the 14-day return period, you will get your money back. If you wish, we can also create a purchase voucher.
You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
